Warranty Policy

At MobiDoc, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a comprehensive warranty on our parts and labor to ensure your peace of mind.

Coverage Period

• Screen Replacement: 6 Months Warranty (on touch and display issues).
• Battery Replacement: 12 Months Warranty (on performance drops below 80% or manufacturing defects).
• Charging Port / Mic / Speaker: 3 Months Warranty.
• Motherboard Repairs: 1 Month Testing Warranty.

What is NOT Covered?

Our warranty is void if:

• The device suffers physical damage (cracks, dents, bent frame) after repair.
• There is liquid damage or water ingress found inside the device post-repair.
• The device has been opened or tampered with by a third-party technician.
• Software issues or bugs unrelated to the hardware part replaced.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us during the repair process.

Data Collection

We collect your Name, Phone Number, and Email ID solely for generating invoices and communicating repair status updates.

Device Data Security

• "No Peeking" Policy: Our technicians are strictly prohibited from accessing your gallery, messages, or social media apps unless absolutely necessary for testing (e.g., testing the camera app).
• Password Requirement: We may require your device passcode to perform full functionality tests (FaceID, Cameras, Sensors) before and after repair. If you are uncomfortable sharing this, you may unlock the device yourself at the counter for testing.
• Data Loss Risk: While hardware repairs (Screen/Battery) usually do not affect data, motherboard repairs carry a risk of data loss. We highly recommend backing up your data before submission. MobiDoc is not responsible for data loss.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your device for repair at MobiDoc, you agree to the following terms:

1. Repair Estimates

The initial estimate provided is tentative. If our technicians find internal hidden faults (e.g., water damage tracks) during diagnosis, the repair cost may increase. We will obtain your approval before proceeding.

2. Unclaimed Devices

Devices must be collected within 45 days of repair completion notification. Devices left unclaimed beyond 45 days will be recycled or disposed of to recover repair costs, and MobiDoc holds no liability thereafter.

3. Water Resistance

While we install waterproof seals during repair, we cannot guarantee the factory-level IP rating (water resistance) of the device once it has been opened. Please keep repaired devices away from water.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal / Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
