The initial estimate provided is tentative. If our technicians find internal hidden faults (e.g., water damage tracks) during diagnosis, the repair cost may increase. We will obtain your approval before proceeding.
Devices must be collected within 45 days of repair completion notification. Devices left unclaimed beyond 45 days will be recycled or disposed of to recover repair costs, and MobiDoc holds no liability thereafter.
While we install waterproof seals during repair, we cannot guarantee the factory-level IP rating (water resistance) of the device once it has been opened. Please keep repaired devices away from water.
Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal / Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
